High Quality Stainless and Carbon Steel Media
Our Polishing, Burnishing and Deburring media supplies applications using rotary horizontal barrels, vibratory tubs, trough or bowl-type finishing machines or turret-mounted drum machines.The steel media produces a burr-free, bright, smooth surface.  Steel medias are long-wearing and durable. Size and material type are specified according to the parts to be finished.

Round - Manufactured to the nominal diameter dimension with no visual surface irregularities.
Specified for critical applications only.

Cones/Ballcones - Very popular for vibratory finishing applications requiring aggressive action.

Diagonals - Particularly suited to odd shapes where lodging might be a problem or parts with hard to reach angles. See dimensional specifications for configuration.

Ovalballs - Mostly used for vibratory finishing and barrel tumbling operations when a scratch and dimple free finish is required.  See dimensional specifications for configuration.
