HMS (Hoover Manufacturing System) is a system for continuous improvement that utilizes the tools of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to eliminate waste, variation and defects.
The system includes specific indicators to monitor the performance of each facility and compare them internally with similar external benchmarks.
