Plastic balls are a cost-effective substitute for metallic balls in low-load bearings.  Plastic balls perform well in trigger pumps, drawer slides, lightweight check valves and medical diagnostics.  Standard sizes range from 1.5mm to 1 inch with diameter tolerance as tight as +/-.0005”.  Ball above 1 inch (25.4mm) are manufactured from extruded rod. Custom colors and special surface requirements can be produced upon request.
