Each division maintains a highly developed system of process control that assures consistency at each step. Divisions have obtained the various quality registrations (TS 16949, ISO 9000, AS 9100, ISO 14001, etc.) as it relates to the markets and customers they serve. Our systems have built in mistake-proofing at key points of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance to your requirements. Automated inspection systems are used extensively to assure zero defect shipments. State of the art measuring and testing equipment is applied throughout the process to assure conformity. Hoover has in place an excellent process capability to meet customer specification prints. In addition, processes are controlled to the least amount of variation of ball lot diameter. Testing methods are in place to achieve superior quality on any grade product.
