Specialty Balls / Plastics

Our Specialty Division offers Plastic, Ceramic and Metal balls, offered in smaller volumes, manufactured from standard and specialty polymer resins.

Plastic balls are manufactured from a wide selection of polymer resins and provides custom injection molding, assembly and packaging of component parts in a Class 8 Cleanroom for various medical devices and medical diagnostics. FDA approved and special engineered resins are also available.

Our ceramic and metal balls are manufactured from standard Alumina Oxide Ceramic and Tungsten Carbide materials, as well as, smaller volumes of standard steels. Other specialty ceramic and metal materials that can be custom manufactured on request include: Alloy 20 Hastelloy®, Hollow Aluminum, K-monel®, Stellite®, and Zirconia.
