Description

Hoover Precision Products Inc. supplies precision and semi-precision balls to various industries including automotive, aerospace, antifriction bearings, pumps, medical, paints, pens, oil, cosmetics, jewelry and housewares.

Hoover is searching for a Sales Engineer with experience in the high-precision bearing market.

This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President of the company and requires 60% travel.

Responsibilities

• Organize the sales function
• Implement plans to increase sales in targeted markets
• Coordinate new products
• Review customer contract
• Review sales results quarterly and annually

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of manufacturing sales experience
• Bearing industry experience desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, production / manufacturing
• Understanding of DFAR and Silicon Nitride applications desirable

Education

Business-related Degree
